There is certain technical information that is important to consider when installing and using wedge anchors. Concrete wedge anchors are designed to anchor into solid concrete and grout-filled masonry. These anchors work well when high pullout values are required. Mechanical expansion allows for immediate load application and wedge anchor collar design reduces the chance of spinning during installation. These anchors come in a number of steel options including zinc plated, hot-dipped galvanized, and 303, 304, and 316 stainless steel.
